Absolutely! Someone from your organization would be a great resource as it is someone they may have seen or can relate to. However, the distance to travel to our studio may be too difficult. Otherwise, choose one of our professional Spokesmodel's for a small fee for your recording.

Yes, MyBana can record additional greeters beyond the donation. Discount prices are available for Non-profits.

This is a lifetime donation. We recommend when a recording script is prepared, it is written were it is not time sensitive. By removing the date the video can be used year after year. For example:
1) Are you ready to attend TNALA 2009 Annual Convention in San Diego, CA? Register early to get your discount....
change the message to say something more generic
2) Are you ready to attend this summer TNALA Annual Convention? Register early to get your discount....

We feel that the visitor should not be distracted by a banner. The video gives us website recognition. If the visitor to your site is curious to who created this they can see by mousing over the play/stop button to see the website.

Typically the messages should be around 30 seconds.

If you decide to choose someone from your organization (yourself or another) to be the Spokesmodel, that person would need to come to our studio (1855 Air Lane Drive, Nashville) to record the video Greeter messages. You will need to supply the script for your messages—we will be glad to assist if needed). The Spokesmodel use a teleprompter to make it easier. We will record/edit your Greeters, and arrange with your Website coordinator to put them on your Website Homepage.

It typically takes about a week depending on the recording schedules.

You can create different videos—each one with its own message. Best not to record date- or time-sensitive messages that will only be good short term—you want something you can use now and for years to come (Example: You can encourage people to “Click [say] the red button at the top of the page— the one marked EVENTS—for more information about our upcoming events”) Again, it’s better not to give a date inside the Greeter. They can be more business-y or serious, but they can also be fun, if you like.

Once the video code is in place, we change the video without reprogramming your website.
